We will always post multiple photographs, including close-ups of the item. Those photos represent the offering, and supersede verbal.
Returns are accepted, if there has been a significant error in the description, and then upon prior approval from Jewelrin. Any dialog regarding return of an item must be initiated within three (3) days of your receipt of the item. The returned item must be sent to us within 3 business days of receiving the approval to return the item. It is expected that the piece will be received in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. A refund will not be issued until we receive the returned item, and have verified its condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping costs and return the merchandise in the same manner it was shipped to them by Seller, (i.e. if we sent you something via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, you must use the same level of shipping to return the item).
